Prescription Lenses
No Returns on Prescription Lenses
Since prescription lenses are custom-made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns once lenses are ordered. We recommend verifying your prescription details with us before placing an order to ensure accuracy.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or error in lens production, please contact us for assistance.
Frames and Non-Prescription Items
Exchanges
Exchanges on frames and non-prescription items are possible within a reasonable time frame from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- You present your original proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, please bring the item to our store or contact us at (519) 888-1919 or info@premieroptical.ca. Our team will assist in finding a suitable replacement item that meets your needs.
Exceptions
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange. Premier Optical reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items to determine eligibility.
