How to Claim
If you believe your eyewear qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Bring in Your Eyewear: For in-store purchases, bring your eyewear to one of our Premier Optical locations. Our team will assess the damage and determine if it qualifies under warranty.
  3. Assessment and Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either repair the item or replace it with a similar product at no additional cost.
Please note that warranty claims are subject to verification, and Premier Optical reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet warranty terms.
